"What would I do without you?!"

If you have got any premium bonds you will know the excitement of an email from them or a cheque arriving in the post with an NS&I envelope! One of our clients recently threw away a cheque from a premium bond win by mistake. Helen, our Hartley Wintney lady, was able to call them up and arrange for another one to be reissued.

Our client was delighted. And even better Helen managed to arrange for any future wins to be paid directly into the bank to avoid any future mishaps.

It can be helpful to have someone around who can deal with the tricky things like dealing with customer services and organising direct payments. These things are only possible when a trusting relationship has been built, which comes over time, and from people being consistently reliable and trustworthy.
