What does Hook Home Help do?

Today I was presented with a choice of ingredients and decided to make pasta bake with bacon and tomatoes with cheese on top. While I was cooking she told me stories from her youth. She made me laugh and nearly cry. I love hearing the stories of people's long lives.

I cleaned out a cupboard that had got a bit out of control and cleaned some bits of the kitchen that are hard to reach. I nipped off to the shop to get some milk and back again.

The pasta bake passed the taste test and she said "It's been a Godsend having you here this morning".

It's nice to feel useful and to reminded how lucky we are to be able to do the things we can do, and how lucky I am to be able to be part of people's lives, to make their life a bit easier and to hear about the adventures they've had along the way
