A very touching new review for Hook Home Help. We have supported this client and her mother through a series of falls and time spent in and out of hospital and recovering. The same person always goes to visit and they have formed a lovely friendship.

We are providing an extra pair of hands to both generations. We help with practical tasks like transport and shopping but more importantly provide moral support to both generations. We are consistent and conscientious. We form lasting friendships through kindness and reliability.

When this lady is well we take her out and about to the shops and excursions. When she is not well we clean her home, clear out the fridge and get shopping in when she is ready to come home. When she is back we take her to medical appointments and keep her as safe as possible for as long as possible in her own home.
