A very happy client with bright birthday flowers, a card from us all and a shiny tidy home for her birthday

This month one of our newer clients had a birthday. Helen surprised her with these flowers and a card, and she was delighted. We try to do something special for everyone's birthdays.

Everyone needs something different and this person just needs a bit of help staying on top of things in the home. It can be hard to ask for help or to accept it when it arrives. We try to take things slowly and work out what we can do to help each person most most on each visit. In doing this we can support the client and also take a weight off the rest of the family who are struggling to find the time needed to support their relative. We will do as much or as little as is required.
