Hook Home Help is delivering Christmas presents and remembering those we have lost this year

These are some of the Christmas presents that are all wrapped and ready to give out to our clients. We have some lovely thank you messages already coming in <3 Here's one of them:

I have received your card and parcel for Christmas. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it"

It has been a big year for Hook Home Help - the team has expanded happily but sadly we have lost two treasured clients. It is the time of year to feel grateful for the connections we have made and to remember those we have lost. We will remember them fondly and forever. We will take their stories with us and hold on to their words of wisdom.

We remind ourselves of the importance of making life a bit easier for people whatever stage they are at in it.

This week will be fun, being Santa and giving everyone their gifts. The next two weeks we only doing essential visits and will be back to normal the week of 6th January.
