Sometimes it is easier to have someone to book appointments for you and you might like someone to take you there.

Sometimes it's nice to have someone who will stay with you and help you find face masks and to support you to answer the questions or remind you of what you wanted to ask.

Sometimes you might like to have someone to come along and take notes to remind you what the doctor said. Or I can just wait in the waiting room and then take you back to the car, or off to the chemist to pick up a prescription. Either way, it can sometimes be reassuring for everyone involved to have a bit of support. Having some support with the small stuff can make life a bit easier and a bit happier for everyone
